Tracing back his Thracian Valley roots, Milen has put together this entirely Plovdiv-based and Plovdiv-inspired project together with his old friends and comrades-in-arms Dimitar Lyolev (alto sax), Nikolay Karageorgiev (guitar), Alexander Lekov (bass) and Nacho Gospodinov (drums). With the Funky Mainas, Milen presents his distinctive and spicy funk music in which the flavors of American barbecue and Bulgarian spices are very prominent. Tasty music for connoisseurs!
